I always thought that Chef Morimoto, on Iron Chef America, just looking at him he looks scary but when I hear him talk, introducing his food to the Judges, Morimoto sounds like a sweet guy with a sense of humor, thus me referring him as "scary looking teddy bear". It just dawned on me when I was trying to come up with a title!
