Final Scene of Todd & Heather

Now that Roger Howarth is returning to 'General Hospital' as NOT Todd Manning as he did before, here's my final shout-out of Todd with my favorite of his partner-in-crime-who-I -wouldn't-mind-him-getting--married-&-living-(un)happily-ever-after-with-the-best-marriage-in-daytime Heather Webber. I loved how they used to help each other out. Wink!
I do hope that Roger's new character and Heather would have some sort of connection in this second go-around.

They've Helped Each Other Out

I love these scenes between Heather (Robin Mattson) and Todd (Roger Howarth). Todd can't stand Heather but he didn't think she deserved to be thrown into the cold bay waters. Heather was touched. Heather had confessed all her crimes, including that Todd had nothing to do with switching the babies as it was all her idea. Todd was touched. In return, Todd managed to get a hold of a phone so Heather can say goodbye to her son Steve before being transferred to a maximum security mental institution.
