This is Keith Moon's daughter, Mandy Moon DeWolfe, during an interview with Final 24 about Keith's final day before he died. I always thought that she looked a lot like her father when she was a little girl but now, after seeing this, Mandy is looking more and more like her mother Kim as she's getting older.
